So this is the first week that Jack and I have been alone and we're surviving! We have established our routine and they are really pretty good about sticking to it. I managed to get so much done yesterday because they were so wonderful. I put away all the Christmas presents, cleaned the house, did several loads of laundry, bathed them and myself (yes, that's an accomplishment!) and cooked a big dinner...on top of the normal feeding, diapers, mixing breastmilk/formula and playing with them. Its amazing what I get excited about these days:)
We got a slight extension for our next pediatrician appointment -- 10 days instead of 7! I know, its small, but to us, it's huge! They will go back next week for weight checks and labs. Here are a couple pictures to show you how big and alert they are getting since we don't have weights to report this week:
